Today, MeRo wanna teach you how to speed up your external hard disk.
1) Go to icon My Computer and right click at the icon. Then, choose "Manage".

2) Click at Device Manager and at Disk Drive, then it will
show all disk drive that we have.
3) Right click at your external hard disk and choose Properties.
4) Click Policies and change from
Optimize quick removal -> Optimize for performance.
5) Done! . Just click "Safely Remove Hardware when you want to
the external hard disk from your pc.
